We make sure our customers get the right people they need to support their offshore operations – people dedicated to making sure that work onboard rigs and platforms is ongoing and safe. Fortunately, our Operation support is made up of hundreds of such people – well-qualified and with an abundance of experience in the oil and gas industry.
This makes our service extremely flexible. We can respond fast to our customers’ needs, putting the exact people they need exactly where they need them. Our Operation support is made up of two units. The first is made up of people who support offshore operations, such as medics, technicians, electricians and construction workers. They work offshore on a rotation of two weeks on, three weeks off.
The second group, called Manpower Resources, provides consultants within the energy sector and staff for electrical systems, mostly engineers, construction supervisors and technicians. They work on projects onshore and offshore all over the world – often on our generous ex-pat package. One thing both units have in common is: they're dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our customers in the energy sector.

It takes a special kind of person to thrive in offshore conditions. Rigs and platforms are remote, so you work on a five-week rotation: two weeks on and three weeks off. The local weather conditions can be harsh. And space onboard is limited. We know from experience that we need to look for independent, well-qualified people. And we prefer them to have experience working in the oil and gas industry. We screen and interview all applicants carefully during recruitment. If you're successful, we’ll put you through a safety course and perhaps give you the opportunity to show what you can do on a rig upgrade project in Esbjerg harbour. Then we’ll ask you what you want.
