Solution

A full EPC contract covering electrical and mechanical engineering,
procurement, construction and commissioning (onshore/offshore) of
all E&I for the Feng Miao 1 Wind Farm offshore substation.

HV/MV equipment and LV/HVAC panels are novated equipment in the
start-up of the EPC phase due to localization agreements in the PPA.
