## Cooling Water System

##### Customer: Offshore wind OSS platform Location: German part of the North SeaPeriod: 2018-2020

A fully redundant system of non-corrosive materials such as GRP and rubber lined steel pipes, including full automated control solution. 

The platform was in operation throughout the full period of replacement, why temporary solutions was installed in parallel.

##### Competences and systems

- Complete EPCI
- Onshore project management and planning
- 3D scanning of the pipe rutting there was basis for detailed design and fabrication drawings
- Design of a new and temporary piping system.
- Design SCADA control
- Purchase and Quality management of sub suppliers
- Installation of the piping and control system without downtime
- Materials: GRP, rubber lined pipes, super duplex valves and controls components
