## GMOC General Maintenance and Operations Support Contract

##### Customer: PBS UK End customer: Total Exploration and Production UK (TEPUK) Location: Aberdeen and UK Continental Shelf Period: 2020 - 2025 (+2)

Ponticelli, Brand and Semco Maritime joined forces in 2019 to establish [PBS](https://www.pbs-offshore.com/) - an integrated services consortium. Under a 5-year contract, PBS will manage asset integrity, maintenance and reliability, fabric maintenance, shutdowns and modification projects for all TEPUK operated assets.

PBS will standardise the ways of working across TEPUK assets and make greater use of technology to improve efficiency and reduce operations and engineering costs, whilst maintaining the highest standards in asset integrity, safety or environmental performance.

##### Competences and systems

The responsibilities of Semco Maritime under the PBS consortium include:

- Electrical systems
- Instrument, ESD and fire & gas systems
- Communication systems
- HVAC systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Procurement

##### Highlights

- Transition period to PBS from previous contract owners conducted in only 3 months
- Transfer of about 700 employees from 7 incumbent companies to PBS
