##### Customer: Valaris PLC Period: 2021 - 2022 Location: UKCS and the Netherlands

Design, engineering, installation, and commissioning of an SCR system for 6 CAT 3516 engines on the port and starboard sides before JU123 commenced a contract in the Dutch sector.

##### Solution:

- Engineering (structural, piping & electrical)
- Blue collar trades
- Installation and commissioning of CAT (Zeppelin) SCR system
- Project management
- Procurement and logistics  
- Management of 3rd party companies
- Installation of UREA tanks
- Structural analysis, design and installation of SCR unit platforms

##### Highlights:

NOx reduction recorded on systems was between 89% and 95%  
The project was successful, even though Semco Maritime had to navigate through 3 rig moves, BREXIT and strict COVID restrictions
