## Zone 2 Fast Response System (FRS) Surface Electrical Control System (SECS)

##### Customer: Expro North Sea Ltd Location: Bbuilt in the UK, delivered to Australia Period: 2019-2020

Semco Maritime successfully delivered its first SIL2 capable ATEX/IECEx FRS SECS to be used alongside Expro’s existing wireline direct hydraulic controls, causing emergency shutdown times to be faster than allowed by just the DH systems.

Preparation of job folders and maintenance of:

| - ATEX/IECEx certified - DNV2.7.1 certified - Safety integrity level 2 (SIL2) capable - In-house solenoid shutdown simulation tested - Ex de UPS system | - Ex de control system - Line monitored local and remote ESD stations - HMI & keyboard - Programmable logic controlled safety system |
