Semco Maritime continued its strong performance in 2022, improving its financial results amid historic market volatility and unstable external conditions. The Group lifted revenue by 38% to DKK 3.4 billion and earnings by 155% to DKK 204 million with strong contributions from both the Renewables and Oil & Gas business units.
Semco Maritime has appointed Tor Erik Christoffersen Managing Director of the Group’s Norwegian business.

David C. Hutchinson has been appointed Managing Director and UK Country Head of Semco Maritime Ltd. effective 13 October 2022. He will be based in Aberdeen and spearhead Semco Maritime’s growth ambitions for the UK operations currently comprised of more than 280 skilled employees.
Martin Oehlenschlæger (43) has joined Semco Maritime as CFO and member of the Executive Board on 1 October 2022, reporting to CEO Steen Brødbæk. He will succeed Jørgen Devantier Gade who has served as CFO since 2013 and will retire after contributing to ensuring a smooth transition.
Stephan Claussen (55) has been appointed Managing Director of Semco Maritime GmbH Germany effective 1 August 2022. He will be based in Semco Maritime’s new office in Hamburg and focus mainly on supporting the growth in Offshore Wind in Germany.
