Oil & Gas

Installation and commissioning

Supporting you all the way!

Minimising downtime during

Installation in Ex areas

Keeping a platform operating in a harsh environment like the North Sea can be a constant battle. Corroded structural elements and piping need replacing at every five-year inspection. And advances in control systems mean that rigs need frequent upgrades and modifications to keep your people safe and your business one step ahead.

For us, running a fast installation project that will keep your platform in operation 24/7 is simply what we do best. Typical installation jobs can include the following:

  • Structural
  • Mechanical
  • Process
  • Pipe fitting
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic
  • Instrumentation
  • Electrical
  • Electronic
  • Telecommunication
  • Turnkey (total) solution
  • SubSea fibre network
A crucial phase:

Commissioning

In the commissioning phase we assure that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained according to your requirements.

The commissioning phase is often challenging, because of issues with interfaces that could not be tested during FAT. Hence it is of key importance to us, that our commissioning teams have a mixed set of skills.

We supply the offshore manpower resources needed for your project - such as:

  • Superintendents
  • Supervisors

  • QC inspectors

  • NDT operators

  • Electricians

  • Scaffolders

  • Riggers

  • Painters

  • Blacksmiths/fabricators/fitters

  • Welders
