Asset management

"Asset management" is all about supporting our customers throughout all phases of operating, maintaining and decommissioning their offshore assets in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

We have been in this game for 40 years and our customers trust us to keep their asset in top shape, while they keep their focus on doing what they do best!

FEED

Front-end engineering and design - This phase of basic engineering is conducted after the completion of Conceptual Design or Feasibility Study. This is the stage, before start of EPC (engineering, procurement and construction), where we do various studies in order to figure out technical issues and estimate costs.

People and asset management

SemPAM is Semco's people and asset management system. With SemPAM you need just one system to manage all people and assets. The result for you? An impressive logistic efficiency and improved safety performance.
