Based on the information provided in your application and interview, we will make use of various profile tools in the second interview.
For some positions we also use cases to get an impression of the candidate’s analytical and problem-solving abilities.
We will go into your professional qualifications and personal competences in depth. We use two different types of profile tools; namely DiSC and Ability tests (numerical, verbal & inductive)
We will provide feedback on your profile and/or the result of our profile tools and tests and on how the results match the job at hand.
