Level 1: Ad-hoc service

  • Offshore logistics and custom processes

Level 2: Mandatory service

Protects a guarantee period. Maintenance of any system or equipment on your offshore substation and transition pieces according to the written instructions of the suppliers.

Level 3: Long term service

Full coverage for all systems over period of years:

  • Operational management
  • Scheduled mandatory O&M and service according to manual instructions
  • Preventive service and maintenance
    Troubleshooting
  • Digital reporting to the asset owners
  • Optionally spare parts management and procurement plans
  • All jobs are managed by SemCertified technicians and certified partners
  • 24-7-365 support hotline
  • Surveillance of control center
  • Marine coordination
  • Offshore logistics and custom processes

Level 4: Monitoring

Surveillance of control center:

  • Our fleet of experienced technicians can on a 24-7-365 basis monitor emergency signals and detect potential issues before they occur.
  • This proactive approach can increase up-time of the plant and contribute to lowering the costs associated with service and wind energy.

Level 5: Asset lifetime service

Full coverage for all systems throughout the entire lifetime of the asset:
