Semco Maritime were required to supply an upgrade to an existing Remote Winch Controller (RWC) unit. The existing RWC was upgraded to a Siemens ET200SP PLC Controller & WinCC Comfort Panel HMI. This unit required to be interchangeable between multiple vessels and therefore required to fit into the same form 19’’ form factor as the existing unit.
