Invitation to tender material can sum up to 2.000 pages that needs to be read and understood.Therefore, we looked through various of ways to improve hour time spent in order to reply on as much tenders as possible.In this project we used artificial intelligence and machine learning to have an algorithm go through the documents and make a summery of the important aspects of the tender material
This helped our team with a fast overview of what was requested from our clients, and from that plan whether to tender or not.
