Wind Multiplikator GmbH to become Semco Maritime Offshore Wind Service GmbH 

Wind Multiplikator has been part of Semco Maritime for several years. As part of aligning our company name with our organization, Wind Multiplikator GmbH will change its legal name to Semco Maritime Offshore Wind Service GmbH in July 2026.  

For all future operations, communication, and branding, we will use the name Semco Maritime. 

This change reflects a unified company name across our operations and strengthens our position as one integrated company. 

What is happening and when

Following registration with the German Commercial Register (Handelsregister), expected in July 2026, Wind Multiplikator GmbH will change its name to Semco Maritime Offshore Wind Service GmbH. 

The exact effective date will be confirmed once registration is completed.

If you are a current supplier or client of Wind Multiplikator GmbH, please update your records to reflect our new company name from the effective date.
