Solution
The project scope consisted of various SPS (Special Periodical Survey) scopes prior to the rig commence contract in Brazil–such as well-test lines ,heli-deck compliance scope (repaint / certification), anchorwinch platforms, foundations for knuckle boom cranes, etc.
