The Noble Innovator project, carried out for Noble Corporation in Aberdeen from February to May 2023, involved facilitating the arrival of a jack-up rig into the Port of Aberdeen’s South Harbor Development. This supported local execution and boosted the local supply chain. Key tasks included consolidating project documentation, setting up quayside access, and managing procurement, construction, and installation. The project utilized skills in mechanical and electrical supervision, welding, scaffolding, and waste services. Highlights included a successful rebranding effort and positive client feedback on performance and safety.
Solution
Enabling access and permission to arrange the arrival of the first jack-up into the Port of Aberdeen’s South Harbor Development. This allowed the project to be executed locally and provided a boost to the local supply chain. Consolidation of the Bridging Document between all parties. Arranging for the access and set up of the quayside for site inductions, welfare, and logistics.
