Semco Maritime has won a study to identify the break-even point of HVDC and HVAC transmission for a large-scale offshore wind farm.

Building from the contracts with Vineyard Wind and Mayflower Wind, Semco Maritime has gained significant experience with US offshore wind design and has now developed a library on how to deliver US offshore wind transmission projects meeting technical and regulatory requirements.

Thomas Nagbøl Mejlgård (44) has today joined Semco Maritime as Senior Vice President responsible for developing and executing Semco Maritime’s HR strategy. He becomes a member of the Group Senior Management Team and will report to CEO Steen Brødbæk.

Anders Benfeldt (56) has today joined Semco Maritime as Senior Vice President responsible for strengthening the development of the Oil & Gas division and creating good results in a challenged market and in accordance with the company’s strategy. He becomes a member of the Group Senior Management Team and will report to CEO Steen Brødbæk.
